Stadium Lofts is the third project in the VIDA series and in many ways is the most dynamic of the brand. Stadium Lofts will boast retail, residential, and a hotel all while situated along the first base line of the new Kannapolis baseball stadium. The retail will include a team store for the baseball franchise as well as a first floor brewery and entertainment space. Residential units will offer premium features, finishes and amenity spaces to include a rooftop lounge area overlooking the field.

LMG Building Entire Communities

The VIDA brand is a private public mixed-use district which includes apartments, restaurants, and retail space. Located in Kannapolis North Carolina, VIDA is a stimulus for additional private investment on West Avenue in downtown Kannapolis. Lansing Melbourne Group (LMG) is investing $61 million to construct 286 apartments, 18,000 square feet of new retail and renovating 36,000 square feet of historic retail space. The City's investment will include a 400-space public parking deck.

Project Challenges: The newly constructed baseball stadium lacked a 'Team Store' and dynamic entry. Rather than create a small outbuilding, LMG partnered with the baseball stadium to bring a mixed-use building that serves as a complement to the baseball stadium experience.
