Novi Flats is the third project in our downtown Concord residential plan and will offer 48 residential units as well as ground floor retail. Novi Flats is unique in that it is attached to the City parking garage which offers convenient parking in a busy downtown area. This location also provides walkable access to historic downtown, the new City Hall and the City of Concord Courthouse expansion which is currently under construction.
